Delivery questions, answered straight

Will my starter survive the trip to New Zealand?

Yes — that is exactly why we dehydrate it. The culture rests safely in its packet until you add flour and water, so a longer journey or a rural address is no problem at all.

Do you deliver to rural NZ addresses?

We do. Because the starter is shelf-stable, you do not need to be home the moment it lands. Just bring it inside, follow the first feed, and watch for bubbles within a few days.

What happens after it arrives?

Tip it into a clean jar, feed it as directed, and keep it somewhere cosy. Most bakers see lively rising in days, backed by our activation guarantee and friendly guides if you get stuck.
