A Cultures for Health Sourdough Starter Alternative That Ships Free Worldwide
A Cultures for Health Sourdough Starter Alternative Worth Your Flour
If you are comparing Cultures for Health's San Francisco-style sourdough starter with a simpler option, here is the honest short version: both are dehydrated cultures, and both brands back their starter with a real activation guarantee. The difference is what it costs to get baking — and how far your starter has to travel to reach your kitchen.
Squirrelly Girl Starter is $19.99 USD with free worldwide shipping and a 100% activation guarantee (replacement or refund). Cultures for Health lists its San Francisco-style starter at $50.99, with free shipping only on US orders over $49.99 — orders below that threshold pay an $8 standard rate.
